Reminder that rent is due by the 5th. Any rents paid after the 5th must have the $50 late fee unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
Also, don't forget, if you have a past due water bill this must be paid before rent can be received. Just a reminder that water payments are due by the 15th and need to be made payable to Spectrum Utilities.
